Ans.) After login go to Manage Website section. This is the place where you can add the URL of your site.

Ans.)Yes, as many as you wish to.
Q.) What kind of sites can I add?
Ans.) You can add any kind of site that has quality travel content in it. This includes complete travel portal as well as blogs.
Q.) Do you evaluate the sites that we add? Can you ban my site for any reason?
Ans.) Yes, to maintain the standard of Hello Visit platform, we carry out time to time check of the partners' sites. If your site does not generate enquiries/quality enquiries or is found to generate spams, we might ban it.
Q.) How do I generate the Hello Visit query form code?
Ans.) Go to Generate Form section in your account. Select the format, type, color and language for your enquiry form. Select the Website on which you want to place the enquiry form and the path of the thankyou page where the user will go after submitting the form. Hit the Generate Code button and you have your code ready to be placed on your site.
Q.) Can I customize the form to suit the look of my site?
Ans.) Yes, you can customize the look of the form by changing its colour, width, language.

Ans.) If you have content that relates to travelling in India, you should go for form type India. However, if your travel content does not talk about India and is related to tourism in other countries, you should opt for International form type.

Ans.) You account will carry all the information that you require to judge the performance of your site and also your revenue. These would include:
Enquiries Received - This section will display your enquiry generation report. You can view the report for a specific or all portals. You can also select the period for which you want to view the report.
Enquiries Sales Report This section will display the sales report of the enquiries that have been generated from your travel content. It will show you the number of enquiries sold, the credits at which they are sold, your revenue share in it for any one or all your portals. As above you can select the period for which you want the report to be displayed.
Payment Detail Report This section will display the payments that have been made to you.
Q.) How do I receive my payment?
Ans.) The payment will be made through DD/Check.
Q.) Are there any payment schedule?
Ans) The payment will be made on monthly basis if you earn RS 20,000 and above in a month. The payment will be made within fifteen days of next month. If your earnings are below the stated amount, the revenue for next month will be added to reach 20,000 and then your payment will be processed. If your earnings are still less, the payment will be released on quarterly basis.

Ans. ) Please click the Forgot Password link on http://agents.hellovisit.com/login.php and fill in your user name and email address. Your password will be sent to your email address.
Q.) How Do I change My password /email address?
Ans.) It is always recommended that you change your password once you receive your login details. To change your password, log in to your account and visit the Account Settings section. A complete detail of your profile will be visible there. Change your password and update the details.
